CHP is committed to serving those in the community. Each of our office locations are deeply rooted in their local communities and strive to be a true service provider for everyone. Being a community based company means that we listen to the community by creating programs and services to meet needs, sharing our resources and spaces, partnering with organizations and businesses, being accessible to all segments of the community, being good stewards of community resources, and being supported and guided by the community.
Clinics Available to the Public
Many of our offices hold blood pressure and toenail clinics either at their location or at a nearby senior center. CHP will even come to a person’s home to trim their toenails. The cost is only a $15 donation to have their toenails trimmed.

Community Outreach
Several other events such as Lunch & Learn are held at the Ada and Bryan offices. These provide helpful information to the public about various topics ranging from healthcare to financial advice. These events are always free to the public.
The public is also welcome to rent community rooms at our Ada, Wapakoneta and Van Wert locations. These rooms can be used for parties, businesses, civil groups, and other local events. The Ada community room hosts Ada Public Library for many of its children events in the community room as well as serves as a polling location during elections.
