An in-person memorial service is offered annually in Van Wert to honor those served by CHP Home Care & Hospice.

This year's memorial service is scheduled for Sun. Mar. 9, 2025, 2-3 p.m. at Trinity Global Methodist Church, 220 S. Walnut St., Van Wert.
