Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Community Health Professionals offers a complete range of therapy services at home to speed recovery from illness, injury or surgery. Our therapy partners develop specific home rehabilitation programs and provide treatment and instruction with a focus on returning to independence.

Physical Therapy (PT)

Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational Therapy promotes independence by improving the skills required to perform daily living activities and/or teaching alternative ways to accomplish them. Occupational therapy helps individuals regain day-to-day skills such as dressing, feeding and personal care.
Speech Therapy (ST)
Speech therapy helps individuals improve breathing, speaking, or swallowing functioning. Speech therapy focuses on the patient’s ability express themselves and to understand words.
